These terms and conditions outline the rules for the use of the Natura-Professional website, located at www.naturaprofessional.co.za, hereafter referred to as ‘the Site’. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge and agree to accept these terms and conditions by ticking in the relevant box on the registration page.  You will only be able to continue to use the Site once you agree to accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

4.3 Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Natura-Professional, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
4.4 To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Natura-Professional shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the comments on the Site.
4.5 Natura-Professional reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or cause a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.6.1    You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

5.     Access to the Site:

5.1 Your use of the Site is by non-exclusive license granted by Us strictly in accordance with all Terms and Conditions on this page relating to the Site.
5.2 You acknowledge and agree with Us that You will not, as a result of being granted a non-exclusive license, acquire any rights (including without limitation Intellectual Property Rights) in the Software, or the Site other than the non-exclusive rights that may be granted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7.     Use of the Site:

7.1 This clause applies if You are granted access to the Site in accordance with clause 6.

7.2.7    upload any files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Site or another’s computer or property of another; or
input any material which is subject to Intellectual Property Rights of Us or any third party.
7.2.8    You must keep Your username and password and any other account names, tokens, or log in identifications required to access the Site secure and confidential. You must notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your username or password or any other breach of security.
