How do I place an order?

What is the lead time from placing an order to then receiving it?
Lead times are dependant on the length and complexity of your orders as well as your location.
Generally, for small to medium sized orders, we aim to complete and dispatch your order within 3 working days. For lengthy orders which require compounding, this may take up to 5 – 7 working days.
What is the minimum order quantity to qualify for free delivery?
A minimum order of R1000 only. If the order is less than this amount there will be a small delivery fee added to your invoice (Please note that these prices are subject to change).
How do I access the products that Natura-Professional offer?
Please register on the website to get full access to our product offerings as well as the price list.
Alternatively, you may email us at NaturaProf@comedhealth.co.za and we will put you into contact with one of our Sales Representatives to assist you further.
Where do I find the pricing for your products?
When registering on the website you will be able to download the most up-to date Price list.

How do I order a product online?
Natura-Professional currently does not yet have an online store. For ordering please contact one of our Representatives or call 012 813 9434 for assistance. Alternatively, you may send your order to NaturaProf@comedhealth.co.za and we will assist soonest.
I am not sure which products will suit my patient needs, who can assist me?
One of our Sales representatives, who are all qualified and experienced Homoeopathic Practitioners will assist. If you do not yet have a representative that calls on you, please send us a message via the website or email NaturaProf@comedhealth.co.za and a Representative will be allocated to you.
I am looking for a MediHerb product but I do not find it on your listings?
MediHerb tablets and Liquids imported into South Africa need to comply with the South African laws and regulations set out by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA). Thus, some of the MediHerb products are not available in the South African market. Please contact us directly so that we may offer you an alternative, either in the form of a MediHerb liquid blend or a possible alternative from the rest of our range..
Are your products available to any and all Practitioners?
At Natura-Professional, the products we offer practitioners is dependant on the Practitioners qualifications, scope of practice and expertise as defined by their council.
If you are a qualified Practitioner and are not sure as to which products you may order, please review your scope of practice or contact your council for guidance.
Why can I not find your products in the Pharmacy or Health shop?
Natura-Professional caters only to the needs of the Practitioner. All our products are Practitioner-Only. If you are seeking a product specifically from our range, please consult with your Practitioner to assist you.
