This website is owned by CoMED Health (Pty) Ltd. (Reg No. 2008/005773/07) and is operated by the Professional Division of CoMED Health, which is known as Natura-Professional, together with outsourced technical assistance.

These terms and conditions outline the rules for the use of the Natura-Professional website, located at www.naturaprofessional.co.za, hereafter referred to as ‘the Site’. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge and agree to accept these terms and conditions by ticking in the relevant box on the registration page.  You will only be able to continue to use the Site once you agree to accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1.     Terminology:

1.1 The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Statement, the Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person logging on to this website and who is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to CoMED Health (Pty) Ltd or Natura-Professional.

1.2 All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to You in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting Your needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, where this is applicable. This is done in accordance with and subject to, the Rules relating to the Site.
1.3 Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural or capitalization, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

2.     Cookies:

2.1 We employ the use of cookies. By accessing the Site, you agree to use cookies in agreement with Natura-Professional’s Privacy Policy.
2.2 Most interactive websites use cookies to let the website managers retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for Clients visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

3.     License:

3.1 Unless otherwise stated, CoMED Health (Pty) Ltd, Natura-Professional and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
3.2 You may access this from the Site for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.
3.3 You must not:
3.3.1    Republish material from the Site.
3.3.2    Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site.
3.3.3    Redistribute content from the Site.
3.4 This Agreement shall begin on the date on which You agree to these terms and conditions.

4.     Policy relating to user Comments

4.1 Parts of the Site offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. These posts are known as Comments.
4.2 Natura-Professional does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their presence on the website.
4.3 Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Natura-Professional, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
4.4 To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Natura-Professional shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the comments on the Site.
4.5 Natura-Professional reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or cause a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.6 You warrant and represent that:
4.6.1    You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
4.6.2    The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party;
4.6.3    The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy;
4.6.4    The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
4.7 You hereby grant Natura-Professional non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use, reproduce, and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

5.     Access to the Site:

5.1 Your use of the Site is by non-exclusive license granted by Us strictly in accordance with all Terms and Conditions on this page relating to the Site.
5.2 You acknowledge and agree with Us that You will not, as a result of being granted a non-exclusive license, acquire any rights (including without limitation Intellectual Property Rights) in the Software, or the Site other than the non-exclusive rights that may be granted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.3 The Site is available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who can form legally binding contracts under their applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, Our services are not intended to be used by persons under 18 years of age.
5.4 In order to use the Site, You require the equipment and connections necessary to access the World Wide Web.
5.5 You are responsible for:
5.5.1    the provision of any such connection or access to the World Wide Web;
5.5.2    the payment of any fees associated with such connection or access (such as those charged by an internet service provider or other online service); and

to the World Wide Web, including a computer and a modem.

6.     Granting of Access to the Site:

6.1 Subject to meeting the relevant registration requirements for the Site, We may grant to You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site based on the Terms and Conditions on this page.
6.2 When You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site, You will be given an individual user name and password to access the Site.

7.     Use of the Site:

7.1 This clause applies if You are granted access to the Site in accordance with clause 6.
7.2 In relation to the Site, You must not:
7.2.1     make the details of Your username or password available to any unauthorized third party;
7.2.2    download and store electronically, reproduce, transmit, display, copy, distribute or use the Software or any materials contained on the Site except for research or personal use or as otherwise authorized by Natura-Professional;
7.2.3    sub-license, rent, lease, transfer or attempt to assign the rights in the Site or the Software to any other person and any dealing in contravention of this sub-clause shall be ineffective;
7.2.4    make the Site available on a network;
7.2.5    use the Site or the Software except as permitted by these Terms and Conditions;
7.2.6    allow any other person to use the Site other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
7.2.7    upload any files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Site or another’s computer or property of another; or
input any material which is subject to Intellectual Property Rights of Us or any third party.
7.2.8    You must keep Your username and password and any other account names, tokens, or log in identifications required to access the Site secure and confidential. You must notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your username or password or any other breach of security.

8.     Links & Advertising:

8.1 The Site may contain links to third party websites. Those websites are not under the control of Us, and We are not responsible for the content of the links contained in those websites or any webcasting or other transmission received from any such websites. Neither We nor Our officers, directors, employees, agents, or related bodies corporate recommend or endorse the content of any third party websites which may be linked to or from the Site, or products or services of any third party organizations mentioned or described on the Site or linked to or from the Site. You acknowledge that you enter any third party websites at Your own risk.
8.2 The Site may contain advertisements for third parties’ goods and/or services. The third party advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of all representations made in those advertisements. Neither We nor Our officers, directors, employees, agents, or related bodies corporate recommend or endorse the goods or services that may be advertised on the Site, nor do they offer the goods or services for sale or make any other representation whatsoever about them. If you choose to order a product or service advertised by a third party on the Site, you do so at Your own risk.
8.3 You may link the Site from any other website not owned or operated by Us without prior written consent from Us; however, You acknowledge and agree that We reserve the right to block or otherwise disallow such links at Our discretion.

9.     Hyperlinking to Our Content:

9.1 Other than Search Engines, any Individual or Organization may only hyperlink to the Site with our express written approval. If we approve other Parties hyperlinking to the Site, we will issue them with written requirements as a condition of them doing so. If you are interested in linking, kindly contact us.
9.1.1    Content Liability:
If you in any way link to the Site without our approval, we shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that arise on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third-party rights.
9.1.2    Reservation of Rights:
In all cases, we reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to the Site. You agree to immediately remove all links to the Site upon request. Once approved by us to create hyperlinks to the Site, you will agree to adhere to all the terms related to linking. If you find any link on the Site that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly. 11.1 We do not warrant that:
11.1.1 The Site will provide any function for which it is not specifically designed;
11.1.2 The Site will provide any minimum level of performance;
11.1.3 The Site will be virus-free or free of performance anomalies or be operational without interruption.
